TYPE A

Type A FIBC bags are made of plain poly propylene woven fabric and other non-conductive accessories.

As static charges develops while moving, filling/emptying  the bags. Type A bags does not protect from static electricity.

These bags can be use for transporting and storing nonflammable materials

TYPE B

Type B bags are made from a material which have low breakdown voltage ( Less than 4KV). That prevents propagating brush discharge . 

Even though it prevents from propagating brush discharge, these bags can not be considered as anti- static bags because they do not dissipate electrostatic charges.

These bags are used in transporting dry flammable powder. Provided that there are no flammable solvents or gases are present.

TYPE C

Type C FIBC bags are made from non conductive polypropylene fabric interwoven with conductive threads weaved in a grid pattern. 

These bags must be grounded/earth during filling and discharge.

These bags can be use to transport flammable powders. Can be used in presence of inflammable vapor, gases or solvents.

TYPE D

Type D FIBC bags are also called antistatic bags as they have inherent antistatic properties and does not need to be ground/ earth while filling/discharging.

they are made of non-conductive polypropylene fabric interwoven with conductive thread weaved in a grid pattern. These bags are  manufactured with fabric containing quasi-conductive yarns that safely dissipate static electricity into the atmosphere via safe, low-energy corona discharge.

Can transport flammable powders.

Can be use in presence of flammable gases, vapor, dust or solvents.

Food Grade FIBC

At V pack we strictly follow all international guidelines to produce food grade bags. we use 100% virgin food grade raw material to produce food grade bags.

We are FSSC 22000 certified for food grade manufacturing.

We use ultrasonic cutting to avoid any fraying of yarns. 

Each bag inspected over light tables and vacuum cleaned . 100% bags are passed through a metal detector.

Our bags are traceable from finished goods to raw material

Bags are packed and covered on a heat-treated wooden pallet to avoid any contamination.

Baffle Bag

Baffle Bags are made by sewing a piece of fabric/net across the conners of a circular or 4 panel FIBC bag. 

This helps to prevent the bulging of bags when filled and gives an improved square shape to the bag.

Baffle bags are better in load stability and space utilization.

Baffle bags can hold more volume than standard FIBC.

United Nations has set a standard for storing and transportations of hazardous materials. UN bags are designed to meet the requirements of United Nations standard. The bags go under several lab tests to get UN certified.

1 or 2 Loop Bags

1 or 2 loop bags are produced from the single tubular fabric. 

1or 2 Loop bags are widely accepted as being more cost effective than the traditional 4 loop bags.

These can be manufactured 1 or 2 loop , coated/uncoated depending on the handling process.
